"Confident, experienced, caring, attentive... All terms I would use to describe Dr. Quinlin... I knew of Dr. Quinlin becuase my wife worked with him initially when we moved here to Pittsburgh. He left West Penn and set up his practice at UPMC St. Margaret which is why I got hooked up with him (had UPMC Health Plan at the time of surgery). Small practice, I knew him and his staff on a first name basis. Excellent surgeon... Woudl recomend him for everyone..."
