"I had my surgery 1 year and 1 day ago. I was 280 and am now 164. (Below my goal of 170... YAY!) Dr. Chua is an excellent, caring surgeon. The PA (Sara Roloff) I normally see is awesome. She takes the time to explain everything. I really feel like a valued patient whenever I see her. The front desk receptionist and the billing dept have some issues. The billing dept. is easy to work with as long as you keep track of your account. I had 2 payments fail to get posted, but it was adjusted when I provided proof of payment. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars."
