Believe it or not it has now been 9 years. I'm really struggling after having another baby 5 years ago. I really need to find a support group and get back to it. I have gained now 80 lbs of the 180 I lost.. I'm starting to feel like crap again. I have to get back on track ASAP. I worked to hard to get this off and I will do it again. You feel so much better when your weight is down. I have had foot surgery and have put on about 15 of it since that. My only comment is stay in a support group and remember this is a life time change not just a quick fix...

Hello everyone! I made it through. So far everything to a t. Thanks for all your support and prayers. I will email each of you whenever possible. I'm still sore and tired. God Bless you all!!!

Well, I called yesterday and there was no answer in Michelle's room and when I talked to her nurse she said she was doing fine and was up walking, which I took as a good sign. When I called back today, I found out that she had been discharged....welcome home Michelle!!! Welcome to the "other side"!
