I have filled out my paperwork and sent it in to Dr. H but need to find support groups closer to home. Can anyone help me out. I live in Oblong, Illinois. Waiting on Insurance approval

hi this is michele and i am at my heaviest weight. i will be going through a divorce this summer and moving back to illinois to be with my daughter. i hope to find a great doctor there for my surgery.

hi i am looking to have gastric bypass in the near futher and i would also like to find some new friends in washington state or oregon coast that can understand what i am going through with being over weight and a mother. i would also like to chat with anyone who has gotten the surgery with the state medical coupon (medicaid).
