Princess, I just had a feeling I should email you. I am 1 year and 2 months out. I have lost 110 pounds. I started out at 256 and I am now at 146. I am in a size 10. I have meet Dr. Duncan's goal of 150 but I want to be 135. I have stopped loosing now. It's my own fault. I seem to graze alot instead of eating a meal. So much for me. How are you doing? My heart melted with you about your co-workers talking about you. I have a low self-esteem and I always think someone is saying something about me. I thought the weight loss surgery would give me some confidence but it didn't. I go to work and come home besides taking my little boy to church and his ball games/practices. I am a single parent to an 8 year old wonderful little boy. Keep your chin up, pardon the pun! Janice

Hi, I know that you might hear this alot but, I really do think that you look great. I know that weight lose is not about how we look but, also about how we feel and I really hope that your your health is good as well. I do have a question. Do you find it hard getting use to the new weight lose?
