He seemed a bit apprehensive because my insurance tends to deny these claims alot.. but we forged on! rnrnThe office staff has been very nice and Dr Benbrahim also works with a support group of dieticians, therapists and social workers who are all very nice. He has a good pre and post surgical program which I am very happy with. Especially Karen...she is the bomb! rnrnIn the hospital following the surgery Dr. Benbrahim was wonderful. He has a great bedside manner and always put me at ease. He answered any questions I asked without making me feel like I was pestering him and was always there if I needed him. "The registration process was easy, the hospital is clean, the staff is friendly and the surgical team keeps you well informed and is wonderful. For the most part the nurses and aides were great too. I did find, however, that after my first two days there their attention to me was less. They didn't check up on things as much as they had, things were left untidy. Still, I would have to say that their overall level of care and attentiveness was very good. "
