"My stay was overall ok but I will say that the daytime staff was extremely inattentive and twice I had major problems getting them to help me. It became quite an issue. If my family had not been there to help me I do not know how things would have worked. I think response to patients should be looked at by the daytime staff. Otherwise it was a positive experience."
"Dr Mann is very nice and knows his stuff. He reviewed all the possibilities and outcomes before surgery. He smiles and is friendly. He does not joke around alot. He handled my complications and my routine surgery which turned out to be not so routine once we got in there with ease. We are still working on post op infection but he has not done anything to change my opinion of him. I would definately recommend him."
