Hi Carol, I was just reading your profile on obesityhelp and had some questions about your tummy tuck. I am having mine next Friday the 30th and I'm a bit nervous that I won't know what to expect--pain wise and also the visual of not having this belly hanging any longer....any correspondence would be much appreciated. Carol, You are doing awesome. I am in the same boat you are. I am ten months out and trying to lose the last 25 to say I lost 200 in a year. Then I have about 70 more to go to goal. We can do it! I love being a loser! You go girlfriend! Hang in there! Hugs!

Carol, Congrats on your new birthday. You have done an amazing job with your loss. Yes, after a year it is a little harder but your body is still more then capable of losing weight. Sometimes we have to look at where we are in our journies and readjust the eating to lose but it happens!! Best of wishes to you. KimmieTN@goal
