William O'Malley
"Dr. O'Malley gave a great first impression. I found him to be dedicated and highly motivated to help his patients achieve their goals. He seems to really care about his patients. The office staff is very kind and efficient. They are a great team. I found the seminars for the surgery and the nutrician to very informative and helpful. I asked a really funny question to Dr. O'Malley. I asked him if he had ever lost a patient. He was honest and stated that he had lost one patient due to a heart attack. He claimed it was after the operation when the gentleman had gone home. This patient had had a heart attack pervious. This information seems to make me feel better since my worst worry if morbidity.rnMy nephew had had this surgeon and he had a excellent outcome, so I am certain that Dr O'Malley is indeed competent and experienced beyound any of the surgeon here in Canada. I have a lot of respect for this man and his skill.rnThe only problem I have is that I do not get a chance to get to have the Dr. get to know me as a person. I suppose that would be expecting too much. I would like to tatoo a picture of my family on my stomach, so that he would see I am a real person. Silly me...."
