7 wks post-op today - 40# gone forever!

Well I start real food today! And I awoke to a scale that says I'm 40# down! I haven't been this weight in almost 9 years! I feel great! I still can't see any difference when I look in the mirror, but my clothes are falling off of me, so I know it's true.

3 week post-op visit today!

Went to Dr Facundus for a late 2 week post-op check up (they didn't have any openings last week). all is well! I've lost 19 pounds from my pre-op visit, and I'm down 28# from my highest weight. I feel great! Dr Facundus was happy with everything. He told me to wait until all my scabs had fallen off and healed before I could go swimming or take a hot bath.
I go Monday for my Nutricionist meeting with Hunter, and that afternoon, I see my PCP who wants to check my thyroid bloodwork to see if we can lower my dosage.
I like this new format for posting. It's easier!
