well i am 5 mos out ..... i feel so much better... but food for me will always be a comfort....I still think about food i still want food,well maybe not food.... I sure like the sweet stuff... well i have lost 82 pounds since surgery and 131 since i started options... that good and 155 since i decided to do somthing about my weight... This journey has not been easy any one who tells you that does not love food....

Well i have finally made it for surgery and boy am i so scared.... I go in on Friday the 18... I keep hearing the lady from my Kaiser class saying you can walk out at the last moment.... Its all up to you... i so want to feel better, look better and be around for my grandchildren. I guess I will just take this one day at a time...
