"I have found Dr. VR to be helpful and concerned when need be. Bethann, his assistant, has also been very helpful. I feel that most of the praise needs to be heaped upon Cherie (I'm so sorry if I spelled that wrong) and Caroline. They go above and beyond the call of duty to help out and make sure you have the appts, test results, etc that you need. The pre-operative educational system that Dr. VR has in place is the best I've seen or heard about with any of the other surgeons. He makes sure you are very well versed in any side effects or complications that may happen. The only gripe I have is this...I wish he took out your gallbladder at the time of surgery. Being a person who already needs her gallbladder out, it's inconvenient for me to have to come back for yet another surgery."
