I have finally reached two of my goals. My first goal was to get to 340pds and that has been done. My second goal is under the 300 mark and I have done that. Now I am 6 months out and a total of 85 pounds down at 288. The next goal  is to get to 250pounds.

One month out and now I am starting to feel better. My surgery was on 12/29/10 and I came home on 12/31/10. Well things didnt go so well I returned back to hospital on 01/08/11 for about 4 days couldnt keep anything dont no liquids nor puree foods.  So then I come home for almost a week and GUESS WHAT I am back in the hospital again on 01/16/11 for a the same thing so I had to have a surgery again for a BOWEL UPSTRUCTION and that was terrible stomach cut down the middle and there for about week. I came home 01/24/11.
Well after all the I can say I still been losing weight I weighed myself today and I have losed 40pds since my  orginal surgery on 12/29/10.

Most of all THANK YOU LORD FOR YOUR GRACE AND MERCY ON ME!!!!

Well I made it out of surgery fine... Thank You Lord for your  special  touch. I return home from hospital on New Years and now I am loungeing today New Years Day.

I am  10 hours away before, my  new life will began!!

I finally have my date in place 12/29/10 and  so ready to start my journey! Started the protien shakes its not that bad, trying to focus and not think about eating.
