"I don't think I met one rude person at this hospital. Everybody was happy, helpful, and on top of everything. I had a great experience, and would highly recommend anybody to stay here for any procedure. I didn't want to leave. It was also a very clean place. I find that very important."
"My first impression of Rumsy was really comforting. As I walked in to meet with his Nurse, he happened to be taking notes on a patients chart, and asked how my Husband and I were doing. He wasn't a rude, or snobby man at all. I still have the same impression, even after meeting with him in the room. His staff seemed to be nice as well. I'd have to say he explained the surgery to me, and seemed very caring. He asked me ofcourse first, if I had any questions. My mind went blank, and I couldn't think of anything off the top of my head. He then rolled his stool close to my Husband and asked him if he had any questions what so ever, that he'd be more than happy to explain, and answer them. I'm very happy with Rumsey so far, and I look forward to my future experiences with him as well. I'd rate him very high, just by hearing, and seeing how he is with his patients. I'll have to update more after my surgery has been completed."
