My name is annemarie, i have been heavy all my life , i inquired about gastic bypass because a friend of mine had it done a year ago, although everyone thought i was not heavy enough low and behold dr carauna approved me as well as idh because i had an awful time with swelling in my legs and blood clots, i work as an rn and i know alot of my fellow co workers would say negative things about having this surgery so i secretly went and had my surgery done about 5 weeks ago. i have met very many nice people along the way , needless to say i have had my ups and downs and feeling sorry for myself, but i believe this will be one of the best decisions i have made in my life. my family has been very supportive, and my sister is having the surgery in sept.
