The count down is on....Monday @ 10:15am will be the beginning of a new lifestyle...

Was hungry.....ate a piece of chicken breast for lunch so I guess protein shake for dinner it is.....never got this much water in before...drinking water all day to help with the hunger....

Hungry!!!!!!!!

Gotta push through......

Day 1 wasn't so bad. Had a protein shake (pure protein) for breakfast and lunch, a protein bar for snack and a small meal from some of the items on my list of 'what to eat' from the dietician. was hungry for awhile but after I got busy and wasn't thinking about it, I realize I must have not been that hungry. Looking forward to completing these two weeks.

Finally got a surgery date.....December 17.....so excited...I'm going to wait until Monday to start my pre-op diet....got my sleeve class this coming Tuesday, DVT & pre-op at the hospital on this coming friday, & an appointment with my surgeon on December 11 before surgery......wow...did I mention I'm excited!!!!!!!

I got approved for my surgery!!!!

Got a message on my phone telling me to call the doctor's office to get scheduled for surgery.....just waiting on them to call me back because when I called them back, I got the answering machine...

Got a call from Riverside today for me to submit my weight loss history. I got my doctor office to fax it to me last week so I already had it on standby. The insurance is not requiring a certain amount of time just proof of a supervised weight loss program. They told me my psy report came in this morning and after I fax my weight loss history, they could start the approval process with the insurance company.

I faxed it today so hoping for good news from the insurance office and doctor's office hopefully real soon.

 

Wish me luck to get this approved as quick as possible.

The eval went great last night. The report will be sent to Riverside in about a week or less....my H.Pylori test is Nov. 30th....hoping for excellent results and a surgery date then for there to sit back, relax, and prepare myself for surgery.....so excited and looking forward to be sleeved....

I finally got scheduled for my psychological evaluation, which is scheduled for Wednesday, November 7, 2012. Hopefully after my re-test on November 30, I will receive my surgery date since my evaluation was the only thing left for me to get done.

 

Hoping for good results on this EGD re-test.
