hello candace, my name is gary, i had ryn surgery on march 4th. i have lost 70 lbs. so far. you will be fine, everyone is different, some have a few problems and some dont. you might think you made a mistake shortly after your surgery account of the way you feel but every day gets better. i have no regrets and would do it again if i had to. cheer up and get ready for a life change, remember change is good. god bless and a speedy recovery. your friend Gary, Decatur, il. oh by the way i had tim bailey as my doctor, he is a great surgeon, tell him gary morgan said hi.

Well, here I am not able to sleep because my surgery is so close I can taste the Fleets Phospho-Soda junk, so I figure I will go check my angelettes pages. So here I am at Candace D's page and not many have wished her well. I am thinking well gee guess I should say something and maybe ask or beg or something. This young lady here is one heck of a goddess as we all are. Or ummm gods in the sense of the word. You know what I mean, we are all beautiful and wonderful no matter what size we are. WE are just trying to get healthier with the WLS. That's all. So, I am here asking you again to please wish this great lady a great trip to the other side. Her journey takes off on June 2. I am hoping to be able to still be in hospital so I can at least see her make it thru the surgery. If not I will just have to call and see how she did and maybe update yall. Please send your blessings and well wishes for this friend of mine who is going to be with me before I go to OR. Thanks and Godspeed to you and to Candace.......a great friend I met here at OH.com...what a place!!!!

Hey everyone!! My great friend Candace is approved and headed for surgery on June 2!!! I am soooooooooooo happy for her!!! We are going to meet on next Tues when I go to St Mary's Hospital in Decatur for my preop appt and I could not be more thrilled!! She has been a Godsend to me cheering me up when I have been down in the dumps. I hope you all help me in wishing her a great and speedy recovery from the operation and more power to her for the choice she has made. May God speed her on her journey to a new and wonderful life!! Way to go Candee!! You go girl you gonna be fine! God and His Son and angels are all with you now...Who knows maybe I will still be there and see ya when you come in?? LOL...Love ya!!

Candace may this journey bring you greater health and healing.. God is so good and I pray that he watches over you and brings you through to the other side without harm... Continue to look up when all you want to do is give up .. He will be there for you for he said I will never leave you nor forsake you.. Hugs
