I had surgery 2 years ago. I lost 100 pounds, I've gained back 25. Is there any way I can see if I've ruined my pouch?

I have gotten way off track. I have not followed my plan, wrote down anything that I've eaten, and just really haven't cared. How do I start again, I want to get a handle on my weight before it gets out of control. I could use your help.

I found out yesterday my surgeon is moving to Missouri. I have never been attached to a doctor before but this doctor diagnosed and fixed my stomach and litterly saved my life. They will have a nurse practitioner take over his patients. I feel so lost

I have been waking up in the early hours with a lot of gas. Has anyone dealt with this and will it eventually go away? I am 6 weeks post op and this is not the way I want to be woken up in the morning, lol.

I had surgery on 12/30/15. My stomach still feels like someone kicked me in the stomach a couple hundred times. Any ideas as to when this pain will go away?

I had a revision from a sleeve to rny last Wednesday. When will the pain I feel after eating go away? It feels like I swallowed a rock.

I went in for my first check up today.  Doctor said I was healing fine, he took out the drain, and I moved up to pureed stage.  I also lost 14 1/2 pounds, wow, I am blown away.
