"My first impression of Dr. Chung was that he was very professional without being stuffy and conceited like some doctors can be. His office staff is nice, but swamped! Marcie has been so nice. As far as what I liked least.....hmmm, I guess they need to hire more people on staff to handle the success that they are having. We had to wait over an hour past our appointment time today, but stuff happen. The aftercare program is very impressive....lots of follow-up. Everything has been explained to me and my husband very thoroughly. Overall I'd say a 9 on a scale of 1-10."
