Since attending the informational seminar on WLS, and realizing that I would have to wait about a year before surgery, I decided to make a lifestyle change. Try to lose as much weight as I can before WLS If I do decide to proceed with it. My starting weight after the seminar February 23 2009 was 316 and am currently at 284
