Well i am 2 months post op...not losing as quick as i thought but i have alot of stress going along with it. my boyfriend and i of 3 years broke up 4 weeks after my surgery i wasnt even back to work yet. Then when i did start back to work that monday i was soo stressed from that and over heard that they were doing some cut backs...starting with most likely the ones with the less time well i had 18months and was the third to go. So now I have moved my kids and myself back in with my parents, had to get them in a new school and now i have lost my job.            Wait theres more so now I am living at my parents and they get in a fight, not sure why but now they say they are getting a divorce...OMG when does it stop????

Well tomarrow it will be two weeks that I had my surgery I am still in pain. My surgen leaves the biggest insision open to be packed and heal from the inside out and right above it i have a harden area that its causing me pain still. last week i brought it to his attention and hes not worried about it. But i go to see him this wed again and I am going to say something becasue its still bothering me and i am supposed to be going back to work soon. Well besides that I am ok. i will right more later. Only nine more days. I want it to get here so quick, but after when i am in the pain Im gonna wish it was over. Anyways I love this site and all of you are great with all the information you have provided me. I will post some pics afterwards. Wish me luck! Thanks again Julie

Well I have to start the lovely liquid diet in 3 days. But i am so excited that my date is that close i am going to try my hardest to stick to it. Thanks for listening! Julie

Well friends I finally have a surgery date. October 7th. I wanted to give my boss time enough to cover me even though shes no good, but we wont go there! I am sooo EXCITED!!! I almost couldnt even work on Wed. when I found out .I was off onThur and I went and got Cardio clearance.  Takecare!!!! JULIE

Well I have been bugging the insurnace company because it was only supposed to take 48 hours but it has taken a week. So I called one more time yestarday before they left and she said eveything looked good and it would be in writting tomarrow! I am so happy I want to tell everyone one, well not really everyone ya know. LOL its been a long 7 months. I am almost alittle scared because its only a matter of time now. Well takecare all!!!! Well friends my request for surgery was sent in on Tuesday and well see  what happens. I found out at my sleep study that i do have mild sleep apnea and with the EGD that i have a hernea,But hopfully with surgery all that will be fixed. My boyfriend is down 70 some lbs from his surgery and thats not been 2 months yet. Thanks for listening

Well I have one more month before they can put in a request for coverage to my insurnace. Wish me well. The down thing is that my boyfriend just had the surgery and is having some complacations. So it deff makes me really think if i want to go ahead with it. Well thanks for listening and I wish you all luck!

I have started the process. With my insurance you have to wait 6 months,follow a diet , meet with the Dr and dietician monthly and get a series of tests. I just had an Upper GI and it wasnt to bad, just that stuff tastes horrible.  Thanks for listening. I plan to get more on my profile soon.
