hi all wow it has already been 3 months I  went to the doctor last week and he said that I am doing great I have lost another 30 pounds and feeling great I am not down 118 pounds since my first visit with the surgeon and I feel like a new person. I wish that I would have done this sooner. Thanks to everyone for your support and prayers  and to anyone who is thinking about this surgery Go FOR IT!!!  it will change your life

wow 6 weeks already I went to the doctor yesterday and he says that I am doing well I have lost another 10 pounds so that brings my total to 84 pounds since I first met with the surgeon . this has been quite an adventure so far and i can not wait for the future  it still an adjustment and probably always will be but I am ready to enjoy life again

Hi all. went for me three week check up and got the all clear to start back to work and going back to the gym. I was also told that I could start soft foods which was great the whole all liquid thing was getting harder when others were eating. but like someone told me they didnt choose to have the surgery I did and do not regret one day of my choice I am down a total of 75 pounds since the start of my pre-op protein diet  and feeling great . thanks for all the support and prayers and to all good luck with your own journeys

its been almost two weeks since surgery and I feel great!!  I have already lost 15 pounds and will download some pictures very soon thanks to all that have supported me this far it is going to be an amazing adventure..
