I think we've all had those feelings of maybe we're not that big and we can handle this on our own. I know for me, the thought of getting bigger was even more frightening. If I could handle it on my own, I wouldn't have gotten as big as I did. Follow your gut instinct, if you have to, make a list of the positive and negative aspects of having the surgery and not having the surgery. I had no problem losing weight, I just couldn't keep it off and when it came back it always brought friends with it. No more, I'm down 70 pounds today, 80 more to go.

It's very normal to go through a wide variety of emotions ranging from excited (can't wait) to scared (why am I doing this).... Just take a deep breath and go back over your reasons for deciding to have the surgery in the first place. Focus on the positive. Keep yourself busy and it will all be OK.
