Mujeeb Siddiqui
"I first met Dr. Siddiqui at an informational seminar in May, 2007. He was very knowledgable and straightforward about the Lap Band surgery and all that goes with it. I scheduled a consult with him later that month, and everything went like clockwork. I made it through all of my pre-op appointments and the office staff obtained approval from my insurer in record time. My surgery was July 9, 2007, and all went well. I had complete confidence in Dr. Siddiqui, and had no complications, UNTIL.....I went for my first fill appointment and he had to break the news to me that my access port had flipped over and would have to be fixed. I felt bad for him because I had the dubious honor of being his first flipped port as far as I know. But, he repaired that little problem on August 27, 07 and I am happy to report no problems since then. I would (and have) recommend Dr. Siddiqui to anyone considering this surgery, or weight loss surgery in general. I feel like he is a very genuinely concerned doc and does not drop the ball with his patients post-op."
