HI, already 9 days after my surgery,I am feeling fine!
Walking 15-17 min. aday on my treadmill and following all the rules. I am still having a hard time "feeling" my pouch, but have not over fed it as far as I know.
I have lost 9 pounds so thats great!

Just got my date today
...wow it is not that far away. I have soo much to do now. Clean my house, order my protien powder, get a Pan pizza from pizza hut and eat it very slowly.
I have to get my pre op testing done, upper G.I, Blood work and EKG on the 28th of December. On the 27th I am having my sleep study done. (there was an initial mix up with that) and I also had to have a mamogram done, it came back with a "needs further evaluation" ugh! Hopefully that will not be anything BAD, and hope it will not delay my date!!!
Fingers crossed, I am so excited. I get to start the new year off with a new life, and a slimmer me!
