Wow I can't believe it's the day before my surg. and I have survived the liquid diet.... Well wish me luck!

I started my 5 day liquid diet today. It hasn't been to hard just drink, drink, drink... I have to do 2 days full liquid and 3 day clear liquid... It dose suck since it's a holiday weekend... but I have been through more then this for my surg...
I should of started a long time ago!

Hi everyone! I just want to say sorry for never updating my profile. I should of been letting everyone know what I have been doing to get ready for my Laparoscopic gastric bypass. I have been so busy reading everyone Else's... O and getting ready for Sept. 3rd...My surg. DAY! Or should I say my Birthday! I started back in Feb. 2008 I went the the Riverside Consultation they wanted a lot of money upfront and all these unnecessary program fees. I decided to look into other programs and I came to Barix Clinics made a apt. for March 7th. I loved it from the min. I walked in. Everyone was super cool I felt more then welcome. After my apt. I felt that I have found my place the next thing you know I started scheduling for my PFT, Sleep study, EKG, Labs, O and we can't forget the 3 month diet program. After all that I finally submitted my records to Aetna for approval..14 days later on July 29th I WAS APPROVED!!!! I really think it was all the calls lol!! Barix called Aug. 14th with a date! some one had back out soooo guess what I got there spot. I am soooo Happy!! they got me scheduled for my PAT's Aug. 26th at 8am..It was a long day but I received a lot of information. Now the wait is on... I have been out shopping every day for protein and other stuff to hold me over, while I'm down and out. I just want to thank GOD and MY Family for helping me!
