"I met Dr. Lambert only once. He seems to be a nice person and a competent surgeon. My insurance papers got sent to the wrong dept where nothing was done, but I gave Betty the correct address and I now have ins approval. My surgery is 9-29-03 if the pre op tests go okay. I will update later."
