November 20,2006 wow it's been 2 months since the day of my surgery I am down 47 lbs since the 6th of Sept (start of the liquid diet)
November 9th I had my 1st fill and they added 3ccs in my VG band it took a while to find the port but he poked and found and filled i could actually feel it going in weird.

I feel as though I have some restriction and am eating good meals and not feeling like I need to snack so that is amazing. comming from one who I truly wondered where my next meal was comming from before I was done with one meal. I have some headach issues that I am tring to figure out what they are from but will keep on experimenting with this band to work it properly. yea for me. till next time

October 20, 2006 Wow has it been one month already is what I woke up thinking this morning. I am doing really good and feeling good about this whole thing. I have lost a total of 38 lbs so far. I have been triying to move everyday hiking alot with kids and doing this exersice dvd from mcdonalds of all places with Oprah's trainer it is really only 15 minutes but I have been extending it longer by dancing to kidz bop 10 with all my little daycare kids they love it.
