It has been a long time since i posted on here.  I had my first baby on July 11 2009.  Then we had a suprise 4 months later...Well...Nicholas AND Sophie were born on August 3rd 2010  TWINS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  They are all so wonderful.  my 14 month old and my 2 2 month olds are good babies.  Never could have wanted anything else! 

Well,as of you all may know, i have had a hard time getting pregnant...well just to let everyone know...IM PREGNANT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yay!  Its wonderful!  I am not so thrilled about the "morning sickness" that lasts all day and night, but thank goodness for seabands...theyre amazing.  Anyway, I am exactly 8 weeks pregnant today.  I cannot wait to feel it move for the first time!  we already heard the babys heartbeat, and seen a pic on an early sonogram!  Wow im stoked.

As far as the weight goes...i was at a standstill at 199 pounds...yea i said it 199.  wow is right.  I have gained about 8 pounds but my dr said its good to gain a little because im pregnant.  you wouldnt believe the way ur huger comes back when your pregnant, wow.  I didnt think i would ever eat again, but i am and its kind of scary, but im definately not overdoing it.  I eat salad and lots of fruits and veggies!

Well, I just weighed myself, and I am no officially 32 pounds away from being under 200 pounds!  OMG I cannot believe I weigh 231 pounds.  Thats crazy! 
I wanted to talk about my food wants now that i am 7 months post op.  I am starting to get hungry more often than before.  I eat a lot of salad, and crunchy things like crackers, which i know are bad but i crave them for some reason.  I am trying to slow way down on my foods, but I just want to try everything...which isnt always a good idea...i cannot tolerate milk or sourcream, icecream, anything cream!  I am getting used to not drinking milk...its not that big of a deal. 
anyway, just wanted to make a quick post!  Hope you all are doing well~

Hey!  I havnt given an update in a long time...so here goes!  I've posted a few new pics up of my face and my body...i hope you can see the diference!  Anyway, Im down to 279 now...and i believe i have hit a hard plateau...and it sucks!  I was getting used to seeing the scales move down, but now its just chillin.   I was wondering if maybe its because i started to swim for exercise?  Maybe im building muscle back or something?  I dunno!  Anyway, l have homework due tomorrow nite, so u all have fun!  Eat to live, dont live to eat as i like to say!

Hey.  Im in a bad mood today i guess you could say.  There was a big storm last night and my power has been out for over 24 hours...just now got back on.  I had a big mess with the fridge...how disapointing!  melted shit everywhere!!!   
Anyway, I dont feel good.  Im back at work, cant eat much, cant go to the bathroom...(# 1 or 2)  I dunno whats going on with me.  i have an appointment at 11 on monday, so hopefully i will get to the bottom of my craptastic life.  Right now, i just feel like shit.  Im not in a good mood, havnt lost a pound in over a week, and ERRR  GRRRRR!   I need some cheering up darn it.  
anyway, how is everyone?  Let me know.  i dont get many emails or support from many people, and im feelin down about that.

Hey guys!  I've been realy busy lately and havnt wrote in a while.  BUT, I was supposed to have my 1 month post op appointment today...I drive all the way there and the dietician told me to call my drs office because something was wrong...well to put a long story short, i didnt see my dr because his house caught fire!     Poor guy.  I cant imagine a tragedy like that!  
I had to reschedule for feb 11th.
But, i had my weight taken today by the dietician...i have lost 44 pounds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   OMG!!! can you believe i had surgery just a month ago!  wow i sure am excited!    and it turns out my dizziness may be from not enough fluids so they uped my liquids.  
well, i will let u know what dr evanson says when he sees me on the 11th!  Oh  i do get to go back to work monday...lucky me!  lol

Hello everyone.  I was just gonna let you all know I had a rough night last night.  I was sound asleep, and at around 445 this morning i woke up and felt realy strange.  Well...I layed there and thought oh maybe i Just have to run to the bathroom...well, before I could get up, I started to feel real shakey.  THen, all the sudden it felt as if my eyes rolled in the back of my head, and I was sweating, shaking, nauseated, and realy super dizzy.  I couldnt get focus on anything in my bedroom.  I yelled for help from my fiancee and told him something was wrong realy bad.  I realy was scared.  I was twitching, and the first thing i thought was it was some kind of seizure...i dunno.  
I finealy come out of it and drank some water and tried to lay back down after an hour...but couldnt sleep cause i was scared to death.  I thought maybe i was dehydrated, or something, I didnt know if i should have gone to the er or what.  I stayed up and im still up.  I havnt taken any medications today except for my nexium, just in case it was some kind of reaction ya know.  Im still dizzy from time to time...just trying to stay home and take it easy.  I called my surgon and they said to get into see my regular dr but hes out of town naturally.....SO they said if it happens again to come to st vincents...which is 200 miles away, but i may have no choice.  I certainly dont want drs here in town touching me with just having an uncommon for these parts surgery.  If it is a dyer emergency i am gonna have to go to a local er and make sure someone tells them about my surgery and that i need transported to carmel asap!  
ANYONE know what the hell happened to me???  If you do let me know what happened!!!

Things are going fine.  I am doing much much better and Im not so sore anymore. I have lost about 25# so far, which is great.  Things are starting to fit better...not lose yet because they were too tight to begin with!  ANYWAY, Im anxious to go back to work, and anxious to go back to school, which starts back today for me! 

I will try and keep posts up about every week on my progress.  I have met so many nice people on here!  Im so glad to have friends like you!

Well guys, I had my surgery on 12-26-2007.  I am now home and feeling okay.  Realy sore but okay.  The only probs i have are that i had a minor chest cold going in to surgery and now im coughing up all the mucus.... i know sorry too much information!  But it kinda hurts when i cough...so i just hold my pillow close to my stomach and cough how i can cough. 
Im not realy sure what to say right now other than im sore.....and im glad to be home.  
I am eating full liquids now..and its not that bad.  And im full after 1oz of mashed potatoes....wow.
