Sometimes it seems like the scale is not moving, but just four weeks ago I was nine pounds heavier.  Looking at the numbers and especially the way I feel now is WONDERFUL!!!!!

Wow!  Down 81 pounds, seems almost impossible.  But I am so happy about the weight loss.  Not only am I feeling better, the lab work shows I am truly getting better.  I now have a lap, can cross my legs, but just overall I am feeling better.  A year ago, this was just a dream, and it is here now!!!

Surgery was June 23, 2011, and was the hardest decision I have had to make.  But I do not know why it was so hard.  If I would of known that my worst days now feel better then my days before the surgery.  That is almost unreal.

I am looking better too.  Almost to that size 16.  Can squeeze into them, but will wait to wear until a few more pounds can be shedded.

Best thing of all, my smile is coming back.  :)
