what temperature do hot liquid have to be to add p - Post op, warm broth at what temperature does a liquid have to be to add unflavored protein powder? Hope yall know what im asking.

question for the ladies- tom question - I have surgery on august 13th and it will most likely be that time of the month, they wont put off my surgery? If it is that tom can i wear a tampon?

im in oklahoma keep us in your prayers.. - Luckily my apt. Didnt get hit. I was in the path, but tornado turn right before my complex...only thing that sucks no water on..and all i can drink is water..and im on meal replace...
