3 month check up

Well, it's 3 months since my RNY. I've lost 58.6 pounds and have gone down 10 on my BMI !! I'm feeling goo, able to do more things and have more stamina. So happy I had the surgery!

It's been one month since my surgery and I'm so glad I had it! I'm learning how to eat well and be healthy, how cool is that? :)
