"My first impression of Dr. Oh was that he was a little cold but now I see that he is very \"matter of fact\" and has a great sense of humor.rnHis staff are all fantastic - most have has WLS and can really relate and help.rnI think he could improve his bed-side manner a little.rnHe has the most comprehensive pre-op and post-op education and aftercare programs I have ever seen. "My partner and family had to do most things for me. Yes, I know nurses are overworked but when you have to send a family member out to fetch someone, anyone, even an aide and come back empty-handed?!? Then when I went to take a shower, the shower chair there wouldn't have supported an anorexic Nicole Rickie, let alone a bariatric patient. I picked it up and gave the wobbly chair to my mom to ask the nurses for an appropriate chair and they never returned. I had to shower standing up and hold onto my partner so I wouldn't fall! Absurd!!!!!!! Would never go back! Update: had to go the the ER this week and the ER and all staff were fantastic, on-the-ball and overall excellent. "
