Scripps Mercy Hospital (COE)

"I found that the accomodations for obeses people were taken into concideration. (bigger beds, bigger chairs, proper scales) I also felt that all the staff was very sensitive to my needs. I can't say enough about this hospital, they were just great!!!!"

George Zorn, III

"I first met Dr. Zorn at the lecture in Riverside, CA, on March 17, 2005. Being that I know a few people who had the same Dr. I had a bit of information about him already. I thought that he was informative. He took the time to answer ALL questions from the people at the lecture. He was very patient and not rushed. I met Dr. Zorn again in San Diego, on March 29, 2005, at my surgeon consultation. Again, I just really like that he is very informative, and patient. I've learned that although they follow a certain set of rules, some of the rules, Dr. Zorn is willing to adjust. I think that future patients should know that they can ask him whatever they want to know, and he will give you his HONEST oppinion, just be prepared to hear it. At the lecture, you will recieve a Protocol of things to do with the surgery. At the surgeon's consultatiion, you will also recieve a patient booklet, with information. During the consultaion, Dr. Zorn, explained how I'd be feeling after the surgery, and what I should be doing when I got home. Although I'm well aware of the risks of the surgery, Dr. Zorn, explained the risks as well. I think everyone at Dr. Zorn's office were wonderful. Everyone made me smile and even the patients in the waiting room were ALL nice. I think that the warm and friendly atmosphere carried through the entire office. If I had to rate Dr. Zorn and his staff, on a scale of 1-10, the would get an 11, hands down!!!!!!!"
