Praise the Lord !!!! I have hit my first goal. Down to 220. Onward to my next goal breaking 200. I went to see Prof Weiner and he gave me a good health review. Did an ultra sound and said I was doing everything good. Went over some technics to use when eating and told me he would see me at 3 mos out from surgery. I am so happy with my decision to have this surgery.

Thank You everyone for your kind words and encouragement. I just got home from the hospital and feeling even better than I thought I would. I lost 10 lbs since my first appointment with Prof Weiner. So hurray. I have decided not to weigh every week. I will measure myself because to me thats whats important and I will weigh once a month. We'll see how it goes. I will keep you updated and hope to get some pictures on here for ya. God Bless Jen
