so slow

I am down to 288 Which is a total of 67 lbs

  Have lost 48 lbs

 Well I still am on thee journey, I really ain't doing as I should be everything but the PROTEIN !!
I now weigh 307 so have lost 37lbs

So hope all are doing Ok

 Well the journey continues !        I've got alot of questions !!!   

         
          1) why can I eat so much?     2) When will I feel Full ??   3) Will I DUMP ???   4) Is THEE Operation working ?? 

  I can eat anything , I really don't feel full but am trying to eat slower to achieve this. I haven't tried anything to 

             cause me to dump, but because of the other things I am scared that I will be one of those that won't get that 

             reaction !!!  I don't have the pain I am supposed to get for eating to fast or to much !!  I don't have alot of
              
             will-power so this operation is what I chose so I would have those TOOLS to help me!!.

             As of now :

             DO get my LIQUIDS in (about 60 oz)

               DO take my VITAMINS
                         DON"T get all PROTEiNS in (about 50gms)

                      DON"T  get in enough EXERCISE
 
 But as Of June 10th  I have lost 27 lbs since My surgury !!  So as "THEE OLD JOURNEY" continues

             so will the "LEARNING "

             

  went real good
   progressed to soft foods
lost 18 1/2 lbs since 5/21
 ate 3 triskets and 1/2 string cheese ( never thought that would taste so good)

      out side of the 7 hr round trip it went great

Well after my heart cooperated the surgury went fine. Went home two days later and all has gone quite well Very little pain, nausia or  bowl problems So all seems Ok I do Thank God for that

Had Ryn May 21st after a slow start in pre op (My heart wouldn't cooperate) anyway finally had it!!!
All went real well
2 days Just waiting to be released !!!
Very little pain actually almost none

Well Here goes!  I got the "Ok "  from the insurance company so May 21 st, I shall start "My Journey "  HaHa !!
