Hello it is me big lou well i am 9 months out and I am down 140 pounds i am really happy with that . I was hoping to be down 200 pounds by ! year but I do not think it will happen but I am still happy. I am down to a 46 waist from 62 real happy

Well on the 12th of this month I wll be 6 months out I have lost a total of 115 lbs I hope to be at my goal weight of 240. When I get there I might want to lose some more weight about 20 lbs more but if not it will be alright. I do not regret having the surgery at all I have had no complications whats so ever I tolerate everything I fell so blessed I will up date in about month
