i have only lost 4 lbs in 3 weeks and im almost 4 months out. my weight loss has been slow since the 2nd week out from surgery. so it started to slow from the beginning and its not getting any better.

my weight is too slow for me. i started at 360 on surgery day and now im 322. i dont like this at all. i should be lesser by now. i lost 19 lbs prior to surgery bringing my total loss down to 57 lbs.
