two years post op. i eat what i want, but iwant to be healthy, i love eating healthy. due to weight loss, i was able to have both knees replaced, get outta the wheel chair, and rescue my 27 year old autistic son from the group home where he was taking geodon due to the noise and inability to sleep. he had early signs of tardive dyskensia, is now off meds, sleeps well and the sxs have disappeared. we are very very happy, bought a small house in my native area of texas, the palo pinto mountains. . . there is a wonderful produce stand, and I intend to grow beautiful plants to eat and enjoy. blessings to all. have courage and never never gie up. it took me six heartbreaking tries and as many years, but I MADE it and that's the important part. . . .
