I cant believe it i am wearing a size 18 pants i cant remember the the last time i wore this size when i started this journey i was in a size 26 size pants. i am looking forward to changing size again. and when i am done look out stores the goodwill store is my friend now i can find pants there befor i could never find things big enough for me so i never went in there now i can and save money at the same time. till next time.

Well i tryed to get my weight ticker on here but i can't so will say this I was 255/209/150 and in two days it will be two months. i have been doing alright i have problems eating slow and drinking slow
but other that that i am doing ok. i miss some food and hope some day day i will be able to have some.

here i am 11 days after surgery and i have lost 23 lbs and am able to eat real food like choped up ham, chicken, beef,and i use a little micrale whip to keep moist, only 3 tablespoons but it keeps me full. who would ever think that
and only one diebeict pill a day in stead of 5pills and 2 shots
if i never loose another pound this will be worth not haveing all
those pills and shots to do every day. till next time

well i make it out of surgery and had lap done with the 5 wholes the only one that hurts is the one that had the drain in it they took the drain out at the hospital befor i left boy that was a experiance that is the only spot that hurts now is were the drain is. go back to dr the 17 th then may be i can have some thing like cottage cheese or refried beans liquid is getting old

I have tried all kinds of ways to loose weight without any luck.
In May i went to the required meeting in Omaha with Dr White and went to my pcp and got the ball rolling. After a month or two can't remember for sure. I got my date and had my test done and am now on my 9th day of liquids and the big day is tomorrow at 12:30 will post when i am back home and feel up to it.
