"from the moment i met him, dr. tichansky was professional and caring. he took the time to listen to me and answer all of my questions. he was supportive from the get-go and i have been thrilled with all of my interactions with him. rnthe office staff is, overall, great. there have been a few instances with people not calling me back as quickly as i would like, but that's most offices in my experience. my case manager, nicole, is helpful but not very personable. rndr. tichansky definitely emphasizes after-care and is very serious about taking care of his patients. i have mentioned moving, and he insisted on helping me find a good bariatric surgeon for follow ups in the new place i move. i have been very impressed with dr. tichansky. rni would say his surgical competence outweighs his bedside manner, since he didn't come to my hospital room the day after surgery. however, in the office, he is excellent.rni would recommend UT medical group for bariatric surgery, definitely. dr. tichansky is the best, but i'm probably only under that impression because he was my surgeon. :) "
