Today I woke with nausea again. When will it go away? I am having a hard time getting in all the protein I need each day. Hopefully it will get better.
My pre-op weight in the hospital was 282 (Dec. 15, 2008). Post-op weight day of release 304. Why did I gain 22 pounds in the hospital.
Weight as of this morning, 269.5. I resolve to begin exercising today. It has been hard since I have neuropathy in my foot and cant take the medicine for it (NSAID). Hopefully, that will go away when more weight comes off.
304 - 269.5 = 34.5 pounds down in 18 days.
