Liquid Diet

So my surgery date was scheduled for Februaury 16th and when I went for my H/P appointment (2 weeks prior to surgery) the scheduler popped in before my surgeon to tell me that they would have to move my appointment to the following day, WTF. Needless to say I was pissed, then upset, and crying all in 5 minutes. It doesn't seem like a big deal but considering my mother is flying in for my surgery and I'm already nervous I was just freaked out. My best friend and husband were there so they helped a little. Dr. Chapman came in and explain he had been called to be an expert witness in a case in FL and really was sorry but had to go. I was over it by the end of the appointment :) Then I needed to get blood drawn for labs and research (I'm all about research). Got my 2 week supply of Optifast, I did get a little panicky. One week from today I will be in surgery! The liquid diet is hard but I'm doing my best, it's just getting harder to get the shakes down. I have had a couple chips (super bowl sunday) and I made a small chicken salad tonight. Going to bed.
