"I went for my first consultation on June 4, 2002 and met Dr. Shina. I liked him right off the bat. I had heard several different opinions of him. So I was anxious to met him. My first meeting with him was good. I liked him right off the bat. He doesn't beat around the bush about the possible complications or how you are going to feel after surgery. He as very straight forward and to the point. Which I like because I am also that way. I don't want a doctor who will pad everything for me and treat me like a child that will cry if you tell me something I don't want to hear. I want the good, bad and the ugly when it comes to this surgery. This is a major decision I am making and I want all the facts. When I get further along into my surgery adventure I will let you how my opinion. It may or maynot have change concerning Dr. Shina."
