Confused :/

Hiya All,

Well the rain and cold has come to Perth (it's Edward weather, Twillight lovers) I miss Summer already.
 Well  I'm still the same weight as I was 3 weeks ago it has not shifted, confused  to why.

My diet has been good and I workout constantly, so I'm definitely confused, my diet consists of fruit and vegies,soups watery not chunky, loads of Tuna & Salmon. Nuts and seeds. I get my carbs from beans all sorts of beans as I love them, skim/lite milk in my coffee, when I have chicken I steam it. If i have naughties I burn them off or try too. 

My workouts are 5 to 6 kms runs 3 x a week sometimes less or more, Spin/RPM Cycle classes 2 to 3 times per week, Pump classes 3 times a week. Eplitical machine 5 x a week at 40 mins,  rowing 2kms to 3kms x 3 per week and then some free weights. I'm not joking I'm always at the gym my family think am going crazy.  I get my kids in on it too we spend time walking the dogs 5 to 6 times per week or we go down to the basketball court or oval for fun or swimming.

So this is why I am confused at my weight loss in the last 3 months. I sleep 6hrs per night.

I'm very proud at what i have achieved in 6 months (59lbs)But I'm hungry for more. I want to be goal by October.
I'm impatient.
