I CAN NOT BELIEVE I LOST 20 IBS IN A WEEK THAT IS A BIT MUCH BUT IM SO GRATEFUL...I ALMOST WANNA JUMP ON THE SCALE EVERY MIN ...J/K ANYHOW IM WAS 315 WHEN I STARTED 307 ON THE SURGERY DATE AND NOW IM 287...YIPPIE

WELL...i KNOW ITS BEEN A WHILE SINCE I WROTE OH...I WAS DEF IN A BAD HEAD SPACE. BUT EVERYTHING HAPPENS FOR A REASON SURGERY WENT WELL THE LEASK TEST WENT WELL..I WAS OUT OF THE HOSPITAL IN 2 DAYS THANK GOD BECAUSE I COULDNT STAY ANOTHER DAY THERE. I WAS UNCOMFORTABLE AND N PAIN..BUT AS OF TODAY I LOST 12IBS AND IAM CURRENTLY 295 I WENT IN THE HOSPITAL WEIGHING 307...SO I REALY CANT COMPLAIN HUGS AND KISS..TO EACH AND EVERYONE WHO SUPPORTED ME....WHEN I NEEDED IT...UNTIL NEXT TIME

I know its been awhile but i have been so focused with school and getting everything ready for the 19th...8 more days in counting..  I still have to get a couple of things done nd thats just the pre-op testing, pcp, and another follow up with the cardio....(i think ive seen him more times then my surgeon) Anyhow liquid diet starts in four days...Hoping it willl be a breeze... :)

I almost couldnt wait to get home and finally say IM DONE WITH ALL THE APPOINTMENTS ...IAM SOOO EXCITED IM PRACTICALLY JUMPING OUTTA MY SKIN...now I have to wait untill monday for the doc to submit it to my insurance I hope all goes well GOD knws I need a change...so i can reclaim my life back.......Anyhow i will keep yall posted...see ya

Im back again just keeping you posted well i practically finished all my appointments although i have a few more to go. I guess im at the point where although i want this bad it will happen in due time it would have been nice for it to happen in jan. but of course SETBACKS..Im pulling through anyhow I still need to see the nutritionalist, sleep apnea, cardiologist(stress test), and the pulmonary doc. Im so glad I have all the appointments set and ready to go....im so excited to finally see myself in a new light. I def know what it feels like to just really hit rockbottom where you barely see yourself taking a simple picture. anyhow time for NEW BEGINNINGS

...Which is exactly what I thought I was going to have...So I go to the cardiologist today to have the ekg and echo. done and it was a mess. First of all they had me on my back for more then 10 mins and we all know big breasted women dont do that
(or at least i dont) I just knew right then and there not only was I going to suffocate but that this test was going to come out all wrong stricly b/c I was having a straight up HEART ATTACK...well needless to say i didnt have a heart attack I must say the doc said my heart is perfectly normal...so kudos me...

Well I def. wasnt esxpecting this to be so time consuming but I guess its one day at a time. My whole life revolves around looking at before and after pictures wondering Am i gonna have loose skin every where?...ugghhh i think im driving myself insane...
