Got my letter of medical necessity today from my doctor! yeah, first step done!.... Scheduled my psychological testing with therapist the doctor recommended.... That will be on Friday July 18th - Hopefully he will find me to be sane!
Went to the pool today... Still hate to even wear a bathing suit, but hopefully by next year - it will be a different story. Hopefully when I go the pool - I will be much thinner... That's a year away - I Know I can do it!!!
Not getting very much support from the boyfriend... but this isn't about him, this is for once - all about me. I usually take care of everyone and everything around me (the kids I don't mind). But this one time, I want to do something for me... something that can change my health, well being and really my whole life. My mom and sister totally support me - just wish they were here - I live in NY, they live in MD...
Well thats all for my "little diary" for today. Will update after my Pshyc Testing...
