I'am home and i can say that i'm in no pain. The surgery went well only one thing my energy is real low. I want to thank my OH family for your prayers. I'll write when i feel better. LUV MECA
Today is my day !!!

Today is my birthday i'll arriving to the Pre-Op Center at 5am, I have to say that i'm feeling blessed knot scared or nervous just blessed. I'm sad about knot being able to make it to Houston, TX tomorrow for my aunt funeral, i feel her here with me today in my heart. Thanks OH FAMILY FOR ALL YOUR PRAYERS!!

Today i went to support group . It's so wonderful to see people 3-6 weeks post op moving around so well,some were saying if they had to do it all over again they would in a heart beat . I feel alot more confident about my decision for WLS.

,feeling sleepy all day
.And i also know that sleep apnea does contribute to depression as well. The second phase of the sleep study they place a mask on my face and I cant say enough about it. We tried three types of masks. At last the full face mask was the one that worked. Because of the other two with the chin strap did not allow me to breathe out of my mouth. It felt like a pillow was being placed over my head. The full face mask allowed me to breathe out of my mouth and my nose. When she got the full face mask, the study was almost over. Before I knew it, it was 6am and the study was over. She informed me that they would forward my results to Dr. Richardson. I'm sure that I failed the sleep study because I got hardly any rest.Me 5'9 284
