Hi, I am sorry, I came out at 1030am, had to drink around 300ml of liquid to be released. Was discharged around 1130am and home around 1pm I did fine. The only think is a am wicked sore at the port site. The gas has been fine, so far. I have been walking, sipping, resting. I have had a protein drink last night and this am. I didnt dare to try foods at this point. Blended foods I know. But, I want to make sure to get protein in, I have a shake mix from Walmart that has 25mg of protein when mixed w/8oz of skim milk. Anyway I am sorry for not posting sooner. Thanks for your well wishes and prayers..

Hey Barbie, your big day is Tuesday. You will be in our thoughts and prayers. Just follow your Surgeons orders. Get up and get walking as soon as possible. Get in your fluids and protein. You're gonna do great. Keep us updated on your progress!
