"My surgery experience was fine, staff was very nice. Dr. Richards is great. My first stay on the 9th floor was ok the staff wasn't the greatest. I had a very rude lazy nurse the first night. My pain pump ran out & I had to wait 45min for a refill. She was lazy & rude. Had no problem with any other staff on the 9th floor. Was readmitted to 10th floor the staff was great,excellent nursing care. My emergency room experience was horrible. They were busy took me and hr. to get looked at saw 3 different Dr. from 4pm till 11pm got no releif from nausea or pain until I had been there over 7hrs. Finally got a wonderful ER Dr. Himes. he was great. Most of the ER staff were rude & the ER rooms were not clean. Some of the nurses never washed hands or wore gloves. I only saw this behavior in the ER."

"Nice , informative, in a hurry but took time to answer all my questions. Staff very nice and friendly. You must attend 2 support meeting before surgery. He has a 100% success rate with WLS. "
